Weekly Checklist

Loved One Care

  • First Last
  • February 12, 2026

This Guardian Care Checklist was created to create a list of things to be performed each week for your aging loved one. This checklist allows a guardian or temporary caregiver, the ability to track activities and tasks that need to be performed to generate the best possible care for their loved ones.

Testing within each category allows individuals to see improvement and progress being made from week to week. Testing also helps to assess what to focus on during exercises and workouts. If you test well, this doesn’t mean you get to skip the exercises; it is important to remain consistent with exercises in order to maintain balance and strength. Challenge yourself with the hardest levels of home exercises while remaining safe throughout.

As always, consult your doctor before beginning exercise programs.

Access to this checklist is granted via membership to Guardians at Home.
